Step 1: Log In to Your BigRock Account
Sign in using your registered email and password.
This gives you access to your hosting panel.
Step 2: Open Your cPanel
From the dashboard, select your hosting plan and click cPanel.
All backup tools are inside cPanel.
Step 3: Find the Backup Section
Scroll and locate Backup or Backup Wizard.
This section allows you to save your website data.
Step 4: Select Full Backup
Choose Full Website Backup to back up all files and databases.
This ensures everything is safely saved.
Step 5: Choose Backup Destination
Select where the backup should be stored, usually Home Directory.
This is the default and safest option.
Step 6: Enter Email Notification (Optional)
You can enter your email to get notified once the backup is ready.
Or select No Email Notification if you prefer.
Step 7: Generate Backup
Click Generate Backup to start the process.
Backup creation will now begin.
Step 8: Wait for Completion
Depending on your website size, it may take a few minutes.
Do not close the browser until it's done.
Step 9: Download the Backup File
Once ready, you will see a downloadable backup file.
Click to download and save it to your computer.
Step 10: Store the Backup Safely
Save the backup file in a secure location, like cloud storage or an external drive.
This keeps your website protected in case of issues.
